Shipping Policy

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed. Every effort will be made to ship as soon as possible.

  • Shipping carrier delays may impact delivery time

  • Weather delays and other circumstances may impact delivery time

  • Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and rural areas will take longer

Estimated delivery times after leaving our warehouses:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 Business Days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 Business Days

 

SHIPPING RATES

SS Tool Market uses United States Postal Service, UPS Ground, UPS Air, truck freight lines, or local carrier to ship your orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation email confirming the carrier and the estimated delivery date.

  • Flat rate shipping is only available in the contiguous United States

  • Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible

  • This limited-time offer is subject to change without notice

Things to Know:

  • SS Tool Market cannot ship to a P.O. Box address

  • Items over 70 lbs. cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii

  • We do not ship to Freight Forwarding/Logistic addresses

  • Some orders will ship out in multiple packages

  • SS Tool Market does not currently ship to APO or FPO addresses due to export requirements

  • Some gas powered or volatile items cannot ship by air or express service due to regulations

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon SS Tool Market Freight’s tender of product to the shipping carrier

  • These orders can only be shipped during our normal business hours Monday through Friday. No orders will be shipped on the Holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy

We guarantee 100% satisfaction. Before returning any product, please email customer service at support@sstoolmarket.com with your order number for return instructions. Items purchased can only be returned if:

  • The return is packaged and shipped in the original packaging.

  • Merchandise is in its original packaging.

  • Item are still in new condition, and are deemed re-sellable by our returns department.

  • Items are not advertised as short-term promotional use.

  • Item is returned within 30 days from the original purchase date.

 

Upon receipt of returned merchandise we will either replace the merchandise, issue a credit, or offer a refund.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@sstoolmarket.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
